Procedure For uploading document(s) on Website

  • For uploading university related material on website, authorized users/sectional heads may send soft copy of the material in pdf format to the following email address:
  • uploadgbpuat[at]gmail[dot]com


  • In-charge/Head of the Department/unit should fill the requisition form to authorized a person for uploading/updating information on the University Website. Click Here to download the requisition form.

  • For uploading university related material on website, other users may send hard copy of the material via dispatch through Dean CT addressed to In-charge, University Website

  • For uploading Tender Notice, make a pdf file and send it to the above email address with subject of email as "Tender Notice" and email text containing (1) Name of the Item or Equipment etc. (as it should appear in the link on the website); (2) Name of the department/section of the University; and (3) Last date of receiving the quotations etc. The notice will normally be uploaded within 24 hours. Kindly go through the same by visiting the university website and inform the undersigned through an email on the above email address if it is not appearing correctly.

  • For uploading Employment Notice, make a pdf file and send it to the above email address with subject of email as "Employment Notice" and the main text containing (1) Name of the Posts, vacancies, etc. (as it should appear in the link on the website); (2) Name of the department/section of the University (if applicable); and (3) Last date of receiving the applications, etc. The notice will normally be uploaded within 24 hours. Kindly go through the same by visiting the university website and inform the undersigned through an email on the above email address if it is not appearing correctly.

  • Kindly go through the page related to your section or department and intimate about updates / suggestions / corrections (if any).
