Objectives and Functions of the SC/ST Cell

To conduct awareness programmes and disseminate information about the constitutional rights, protections and facilities granted to the backward classes of Indian society.
To ensure effective implementation of the government orders / guidelines issued from time to time by the Central and State Governments.
To assist in the redressal of grievances of SC/ST/OBC students and University employees.
